Robot Weld

Within our factory we have large and small welding bays to ensure the flexibility required to cater for our customers needs.

Our welding processes include Mig, Tig and Robotic welding. We operate Kemppi water cooled 3000 pulse welding machines for consistent quality. Robotic welding is best suited to large production runs.

Our Yaskawa arcworld welding cell operates successfully in providing very accurate, high production output, increasing our average output 3 fold over manual welding process. Its rotary table can turn the part to any position in order to have the best position for welding, giving the best quality welds.
